The importance of arbitration depends on the selection of the arbitrator and the formation of an arbitral tribunal on a sound basis, with the aim of issuing an arbitral award that is not contested. In arbitration, the judiciary is excluded and individual persons are committed to adjudicate according to the will of the parties. Judicial supervision remains an imperative in this area. In order to protect the will of the parties on the one hand and the State on the other. The judge intervenes to remove all impediments to the arbitration process. The arbitration is based on the way of ordinary litigation and depends mainly on the parties to the dispute, and this control is sometimes ambiguous and complex.
