Abstract
Contractual negotiations represent a fundamental stage in the formation of a contract, where the parties exchange information and understandings with the aim of reaching a balanced agreement that achieves the interests of both parties. Contractual negotiations are an effective means of achieving legal security, as they play a vital role in building trust and clarity between the parties, which reduces potential legal disputes. It enhances the stability of transactions and contributes to achieving a stable legal environment.
